The animals at Red Budd Ranch aren't passing through, they're staying. The ones who came to us too old, too blind, too big, too strange, or too far gone for anyone else's plans. This is where they live now, and this is where they'll finish.

Permanent residents have permanent bills. Hay in January. A farrier every eight weeks. The vet call at 11 p.m. that we make anyway. We sell eggs and produce at the farm stand to cover what we can, and we cover more of it than you'd guess but we can't grow hay money.

So we're not asking you to donate. We're asking you to cover somebody's room and board.

$10 a month buys hay. $25 is a month of grain. $50 keeps the vet fund alive. $100 covers emergency's and breakdowns. That's what we're asking for.
